A new university growing at an unprecedented rate wanted to investigate an ambitious plan to expand its campus in the heart of downtown Oshawa, Ontario.

TBBI managed the feasibility study, provided project management and strategic oversight for the study team that comprised of six consultant groups, and ensured that the project was completed on time and on budget.
