Gregory Milavsky, co-founder of The Black Box Institute, has advised large and small companies and governments on strategic growth, corporate finance, financial transactions and organizational effectiveness. Gregory has held senior management positions globally at Scotiabank, Rothschild Canada Limited, James D. Wolfensohn Incorporated (New York) and the Canadian Imperial Bank Group (London and Tokyo). Gregory is an adjunct professor of entrepreneurial studies and organizational behaviour at the Schulich School of Business, York University. Gregory has a B.Ap.Sc. degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Toronto and a Masters in Business Administration (with Distinction) from the Harvard Business School.
