Sapinder joined The Blackbox Institute in 2024. Prior to joining TBBI, Sapinder earned his Bachelor of Accounting and Financial Management degree from the University of Waterloo. Through his various internships completed while earning his degree, Sapinder has gained a wide variety of experiences, including as an innovation analyst at Symcor, where he helped the company prepare for its future and navigate the developing payments landscape. Sapinder also has experience as a venture analyst at Esplanade Ventures and FrontFundr, evaluating the investment potential of start-up companies.
